CashForeSaas.com is looking to purchase SaaS businesses started by a solo developers or 1-2 founding members. Often times in the past, we have purchased businesses from founders who have been in business 2-5 years and grown their product/ ARR into a lifestyle business but are looking to pursue other entrepreneurial aspirations.

CashForeSaas.com is looking for businesses with at least $100K+ in ARR and max $2M in ARR. 

Companies should have stable growth and a solid customer base. 

For companies below $100K in ARR, we may work with some businesses that are $25K or $50K+ in ARR if they are extremely asset light or a supplement our holding company.

For companies above $2M in ARR, we partner with private equity and family office partners to assess the transaction.

Following an introductory call, we are able to do our due diligence on your business and close in as fast as 30-60 days. It really depends on your situation and the timing that works for you.

Absolutely. We have spoken with various founders who all have different life circumstances, job circumstances and outcomes for their business. 

If this is a 100% sale or 50% sale or 25% sale, we are open to negotiation and want to make this work for you.
